Felszíni és felszín alatti vizes élőhelyek mikrobaközösségeinek vizsgálata. Szikes talajok mikrobiális diverzitásának feltérképezése a szezonális hatások és a vegetáció típusának függvényében. Rövid szénláncú klórozott szénhidrogének bioremediációjának optimalizálása.
